This site is run by Stonecut Press. It exists to share information about the book Dying to Make You Laugh and to offer free downloads to readers.

What I collect

If you sign up for the free downloads, I collect your email address, and your first name if you choose to give it. That’s all. I don’t collect payment information, addresses, or anything else.

If you don’t sign up, I don’t collect anything about you.

What I do with it

I use your email address to send you the downloads you asked for, and to send a weekly email with one new tombstone, plus occasional news about new books. Nothing else.

I don’t sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone.

Who else handles it

Your email address is stored and sent through a third-party email marketing service, which processes it on my behalf under its own privacy policy. If you’d like to know which service I’m currently using, email me at hello @ 101stones.com (without the spaces) and I’ll tell you.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies. My email service may set a cookie when you submit the signup form so the form works correctly.

Links to other sites

This site links to Amazon. Once you click through, you’re on their site and subject to their privacy policy, not this one.

Your choices

Every email I send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you immediately and permanently.

You can also email me at hello @ 101stones.com (without the spaces) to ask what information I hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. I’ll do it and confirm when it’s done.

Children

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, I’ll update the date at the top.
